Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Lounge pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel must remain in its original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous postage marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
